Danielle is an experienced trial lawyer and advocate who is described by her clients and colleagues as being: fearless, passionate, disciplined, hard-working, intelligent, detail-oriented and leaving no stone unturned for her clients. She brings deep legal knowledge, strategic thinking and an exceptional work ethic to every case.

Danielle has successfully represented clients in both jury and non-jury trials at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She practices in a “down-to-earth” style that is highly client-focused. She strives to ensure that her clients understand the law, always know what is happening and the “why” behind it and advocates for practical outcomes for her clients.

Danielle’s criminal practice primarily focuses on defending clients charged under the Criminal Code of Canada. She has particular expertise in defending clients charged with sexual offences. Her civil practice primarily focuses on actions involving police misconduct, wrongful death, serious personal injury claims and civil suits arising from criminal convictions. Danielle has particular expertise with Coroner’s Inquests and representing families who have lost loved ones during interactions with police.

Danielle is passionate about mentoring and advocating for young female lawyers. She is currently a Director of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association and the co-chair of the Women’s Committee. In addition to being an active member of the Criminal Lawyers Association, Danielle is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates’ Society and the local bar associations in Grey, Bruce, Huron, Perth and Simcoe counties. Danielle is also an approved articling principal by the Law Society of Ontario and actively teaches and mentors students.

Danielle earned her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc., Honours) in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University in 2009, followed by her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The University of New Brunswick in 2012. She was called to the bar in Ontario in 2013.

Airianna is a fearless and dedicated advocate who is dedicated to achieving the best possible result for her clients. Airianna’s greatest strength is her work ethic. She is always prepared and always knows the case better than anyone else in the room.

Airianna has successfully represented clients in a variety of cases in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Airianna has a Masters in Law and focused her studies on alternatives to the criminal justice system for sexual offences. Specifically, advocating for restorative justice in sexual assault cases. She brings this extensive knowledge and expertise to her cases and has successfully championed and been involved in the use of restorative justice in sexual assault prosecutions.

Airianna is passionate about giving back to her community. She is the current Board Chair of Artemis Huron and a board member of Big Brother Big Sisters South Bruce. Airianna is an active member of the Criminal Lawyers Association, the Advocates’ Society and the local bar associations in Grey, Bruce, Huron, Perth and Simcoe counties.

Airianna earned her Bachelor of Social Science in Political Science and Economics from the University of Ottawa in 2016, followed by her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Ottawa in 2021. She was called to the bar in Ontario in 2022 and completed her Master in Law (LLM) from the University of Ottawa in 2025.

BRADIE MITCHELL

Bradie provides administrative support to the LANDRY/S team and its clients. Bradie strives to ensure that every client feels heard and supported and approaches each case with patience and empathy. Bradie supports the team with administrative coordination and makes sure that every client knows what is happening in their matter at all times and that everyone is where they need to be, has everything that they need and is always fully prepared.

Bradie graduated from Niagara College with a Law Clerk Diploma and has been a Law Clerk for over 17 years.

CHASE MCNABB

Chase assists the LANDRY/S team and its clients with legal research, drafting and trial preparation.

Chase has extensive experience in the human rights sector. He has worked as a research analyst for Human Rights Watch in New York City and for the Voluntary Principles Initiative and the Justice and Corporate Accountability Project in Ottawa and Toronto. Chase brings his exceptional skills as a research analyst and his passion for advocating for human rights to every case.

Chase earned his Bachelor of Arts in Peace, Conflict, Justice and African studies from the University of Toronto in 2015, followed by a Master of Arts in Human Rights from Columbia University in 2018. He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2025.
